Creating a Beacon
within Your Organization
Free Excel version of
leadership game

Part of the Beacon Support Program

The Beacon is the title for a group of people that act as a "beacon"
(or way-shower) for
their organization to become more aware of the value of using people focused leadership skills.
The goal of a group acting as a beacon is to be a constant reminder
and support structure for their organization. The Beacon group
provides a consistent message that people’s self-esteem,
self-confidence and self-worth (the essence of quality of life within the workplace) are the true
measures of an organization’s health to be successful in the long term.
In support of the Beacon group, we offer business games, trainings, project software, IT technology and outside networking opportunities,
to help establish a solid "people focused leadership" presence within their organization.
We provide these services and tools at either a free or reduced
price.

As an organization, we are dedicated to
supporting companies in becoming more "people focused leadership"
aware. We follow the principle that it's easier to learn when
you are having fun. We
provide a variety of free educational tools to make it easy and fun
for people to participate as beacons within their organization.
We are currently offering a free game on this website to introduce
"people focused leadership" concepts. By playing the game, leaders
at all levels within the organization learn how to apply principles
to objectively measure and maintain their team’s
self-esteem, worth and confidence to achieve business goals more
reliably. This
game is designed to support
the Beacon group in showing value and creating awareness within the
organization. We have a variety of other games and tools, from
low tech to high tech, to get people more engaged in the value from
creating a more people focused
leadership culture.
Would you like to become a member within your organization and hold the shining light of knowledge
that people focused leadership makes a difference for everyone?
