Bruce Nagy, President
The entire suite of tools, a vast range of Intellectual Property ranging from game theory to advance social psychology, was based on a single man’s vision, a Naval Officer frustrated with business as usual. Mr. Bruce Nagy will be the first to admit, even though he held the vision, he had to collect some very talented and team focused people to realize his dream. With a team of 15 ranging from engineers, university professors and Organization Developers, Bruce Nagy led the charge to develop
our people focused leadership technology. Bruce brings the benefits of over 22 years of experience in challenging senior management positions, including CEO/President, COO, CTO and VP Engineering.
Some Department of Defense groups have rated his organizational technology as one of the top three in the country, and number one in implementation. The Project Management Institute, an international organization, is currently showcasing a series of papers written by Mr. Nagy discussing how to integrate organizational dynamics into a project plan and task execution.

Mr. Nagy recently did an
interview with a local Los Angeles, California cable show hosted by
Ms. Marianna Kitts discussing various aspects of employees being

Having successfully ran and profited from several self-started companies, Mr. Nagy has the ability to translate business vision into realizable, strategic initiatives that creates viable results. Bruce has also experienced failure, knowing both sides of the coin. He understands an executive's vision, decision criteria and also the employee who is responsible for the implementation. His breadth of knowledge includes gap analysis, organization structure, social dynamics and personal growth. He has been able to seamlessly and successfully integrate customer, business, team and individual into a unique, creative and effective process management software tool called “u2.”
Throughout his career, Mr. Nagy has received various awards, including Businessperson of the Year and Who's Who in America. He has published a variety of papers in various journals and periodicals ranging from business strategy to innovation and technology. He enjoys being key note speaker on various topics involving productivity and effectiveness. Mr. Nagy holds four degrees ranging from mathematics, electrical engineering and biology.
