Do you have a firewall that doesn't allow you to download anything?  This is just a normal Excel file that contains macros.  We have a VeriSign Level 3 digital signature to allow you to run the macros safely.  If you can receive a 4.7 MB file as an e-mail attachment, we'll simply send you the game in a Zip (compressed) file.  You will need to be able to Unzip the file when you receive it. Windows XP does it for you automatically by clicking on the attachment when you receive it. The version of the game we send you will have only slight feature limitations.  All the key components of the game will still be fully operational.
