Wait up to 30 minutes to receive our confirmation e-mail that allows us to verify your registration and activate your account. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, please contact us so we may resolve the issue as rapidly as possible. Your confirmation email is an automated process and should be immediate.

Avoid the confirmation email going into your junk folder

Step 2: Avoid Misplacement

Make sure the confirmation e-mail from membership@catalysttechnologies.com goes to you Inbox and doesn't end up in your junk e-mail folder.

Step 3: Select Link

Select the link within our confirmation e-mail to complete your registration. This final step will also activate your account.

Step 4: Login to Site

The link will bring up a webpage, like the example shown, telling you that your account is activated. At this time, you can use your Login ID and Password as in the example provided.
